What You'llAs the SAP FICO subject matter expert for the Americas region, you willLead the resolution of complex SAP FI/CO support requests while ensuring high system availability and SLA compliance.Drive the transition from custom developments to SAP S/4HANA Best Practices,



supporting the organization's integral Clean Core strategy.Optimize and standardize Finance and Controlling processes across multiple legal entities in the Americas.Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.Prepare functional specifications, system documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessionsIdentify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system enhancements.Stay current on SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations and recommend best practices.What We're LookingRequired Qualifications.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.SAP FICO Certification.8-10+ years of SAP FI/CO implementation and support experience within a manufacturing environment.Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and application support.Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business process.Experience working with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.Knowledge of financial data migration and system optimization.What Will Make You Successful:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to continuously lerarn.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
