Join our team as a Bilingual Sales & Event Booking Agent, where you'll help families, schools, and organizations plan unforgettable events while driving revenue through bookings and memberships.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customers interested in booking parties, group events, and experiencesSell event packages, group outings, and corporate eventsPromote and close recurring membership plansConvert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookingsBuild relationships with families, schools, and community organizationsPresent packages, address objections, and recommending the best event optionsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systemsSupport local marketing efforts through outreach and partnershipsQualificationsBilingual required: English & SpanishPrevious sales, call center,
