Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our investment team. The intern will assist in various aspects of the private equity investment process, including idea generation, deal sourcing, and outreach. The intern will also do some FP&A; analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing & Market Research:

- Conduct industry and market research to identify potential investment opportunities.




- Assist in building and maintaining a database of potential targets and trends within specific sectors.

Deal Execution

- Initial modeling
- Transaction structuring
- Data room reviews

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

- Support the team with ad-hoc analytical tasks, research requests, and operational improvements as needed.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and best practices for the investment team.

Qualifications:

- Current MBA or undergrad student with a focus in finance, strategy, economics, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be self driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH
- Sales or outreach experience: A plus
- Personal interest in investing, private equity.
