Purpose Statement
The HRBP acts as the strategic liaison between HR and senior leadership teams within a specific function, business unit or region to develop and implement predominately medium to long‑term HR solutions aligned to business strategy.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Enable leaders to support the talent and organizational performance needs, including talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure effective communication and change management strategies for organizational talent programs, human resource policies, and compliance activities.
- Optimizing organizational effectiveness through the application of HR processes such as organizational design and strategic planning.
- Provide day‑to‑day performance management guidance to People Leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Identify training and leadership education needs for business units and provide individual executive coaching.
Education/Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Physical Requirements
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
