**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- ** Presentation Development**: Design and deliver engaging presentations for sales meetings, strategic reviews, and customer engagements.
- **Business Reporting**: Prepare quarterly business reports, offering insights into performance metrics, progress toward goals, and improvement areas.
- **Customer Visit Coordination**: Manage a dynamic calendar of customer visits, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and travel logistics.
- **Customer Onboarding**: Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, communication, and training are completed effectively.
- **SOP Development**: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and successful first shipments.
- **Shipment Monitoring**: Track initial shipments for new customers to guarantee timely delivery and fulfillment of service expectations.
- **Business Assurance**:



Validate that customer commitments on volume and scope are met; proactively resolve any issues.
- **Executive Travel Management**: Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team, ensuring efficient handling of all logistics.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience in commercial operations, project management, or a similar function.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across departments.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or customer-facing industries preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
