What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret data to provide strategic insights and recommendations that improve business performance.
- Utilize advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create compelling reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business challenges and drive innovative product solutions.




- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to transfer knowledge and build capabilities within teams.
- Use a broad range of problem‑solving methodologies and critical thinking to tackle complex issues.
- Manage project workstreams using agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
- Apply basic scripting or programming skills (Python, VBA) to automate analysis and enhance workflow efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Basic scripting/programming skills (Python, VBA) are a plus.
