**What You'll Do**:
As a bilingual** Verification Specialist**, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' pre
- employment screening process.
Your responsibilities will include delivering accurate and reliable screening results, helping our clients create safer environments for their employees, customers, and partners.
Your attention to detail and drive to complete tasks will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of the screening process.
- Individual must be Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal and written) or Spanish & Portuguese (verbal and written)
- Location: Position based in our Mexico City office (Polanco, CDMX )
- Hours:



Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle verifications for some of our high-profile clients.
- Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information.
- Write detailed and accurate reports flagging any discrepancies found during the verifications process.
- Record confirmed information in our First Advantage's platforms, ensuring data integrity.
- Preform quality checks to meet client-specific standards.
- Meet daily volume and accuracy targets.
- Preform other related tasks and functions as needed.
**Requirements**: What You Will Need to be Successful**:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Intermediate proficiency in both verbal and written communication is essential.
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy.
- 0 to 6 months of minimum experience, preferably in an International BPO/KPO environment.
