Performs molding management by supervising the molding team, establishes priorities in work schedules, and ensures proper running of equipment for full targeted output.

What your background should look like

- 3 years of experience in Injection molding or similar (core process, processes as supervisor
- Horizontal Molding Machines
- Electric molding machines
- scientific molding
- EPP
- LOTTO
- 5'S
- Handling of tools and measuring equipment.
- Plastic injection molding processes and equipment.
Robot use (picker and Wittman).
- Team work, innovation, continuous improvement.
- Teamwork
- Dynamic, sense of urgency.

Read, analyze and interpret reports, technical documents related to the position.
