We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
**Experience**: 5+ years
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Analyze test results and track software testing metrics.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Identify, analyze, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in software functionality.
- Work closely with the development team to understand changes in the software product and how they affect test scripts and the testing environment.
- Integrate Selenium test cases with test management tools for test planning and defect tracking.
- Perform database testing using SQL to validate data integrity and accuracy.




- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, and potential problems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in software quality assurance and automation testing.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Selenium Automation Tester or similar role.
- Proficiency in Java programming.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
