Sobre nuestro clienteInternational manufacturing company.Descripción- Lead the overall accounting and cost management function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end and year-end closings, proper inventory valuation, cost control, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and corporate policies.
- Define and lead the organization's overall financial strategy, ensuring that financial, operational, and growth objectives are achieved in alignment with the corporate plan.
- Oversee and coordinate the Finance, Accounting, Costing, FP&A;, Tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and IT teams, ensuring efficient operations, strong internal controls, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and consolidate financial and tax budgets, while closely monitoring performance against targets and recommending adjustments when deviations occur or business strategies evolve.
- Ensure the timely and accurate generation of financial information, providing key analyses to support informed decision-making aligned with the company's vigente performance.
- Identify operational, financial, and internal control risks, proposing and overseeing preventive and corrective actions to safeguard business stability and performance.




- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and tax regulations, while promoting the proper implementation of international accounting standards such as IFRS and U.S. GAAP, when applicable.
- Maintain ongoing communication with executive leadership and corporate stakeholders, presenting financial results, performance reports, and forecasts in a clear, concise, and strategic manner.Perfil buscado- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Valid U.S. visa (required).
- More than 5 years of management experience within multinational manufacturing companies operating in Mexico.
- Proven experience leading teams across Finance, Accounting, Costing, FP&A;, and Tax functions.
- Hands-on experience applying IFRS and U.S. GAAP standards.
- Experience with SAP and Power BI is preferred.
