**Overall Responsibilities**:
Ensure proper specification of software products managed by the Digital Legal team (including case management, compliance tracking, document workflow systems and Moodle-based LMS platforms) and contribute to the evolution and maturity of the business analytics discipline within the Digital Legal team.
**Requirements**:
- BS/BA degree or above in related majors such as Computer Information Science, Computer Science, or Business related major.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (preferably in legal, sports or other regulated sectors) within a software engineering organization.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience configuring and integrating Moodle platforms, including plug-ins and reporting tools.
- Familiar with technology concepts such as APIs, event-driven architectures and data privacy frameworks.
- Familiarity with legal tech solution integration projects, compliance platforms or LMS tools such as Moodle.
- **Solid English writing and oral skills are necessary.
**:
- Availability to travel occasionally to Switzerland or the United States is a must.
**Job Functions**:




- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions aligned with business needs.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and adoption of new systems or processes, including delivery of training sessions.
- Manage diverse stakeholder groups, from business users to IT teams, tailoring communication style to each audience.
- Review functional specifications and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint preparation, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Support the integration and customization of Moodle-based LMS platforms, ensuring alignment with legal operations and compliance requirements.
- Maintain updated status of activities in Jira and Confluence.
- Support Product Owner and Project Manager in estimating implementation efforts.
