- Meet with users, management and colleagues to analyze and understand business requirements in enough detail to determine the appropriate solution.
- Record the requirements in a functional requirements document or equivalent.
- Meet with business users to understand their request and agree on an implementation plan.
- Monitor and manage activities linked to the project timeline and budget given from the management team.
- Capture issues and engage with the relevant people to eliminate issues.
- Interact with a Technical team to communicate requirements and design proposals.
- Participate in configuration of the SAP system and its logistics bolt on systems when needed.




- Translate business requirements into SAP configuration.
- Test in SAP will be required for all ERP projects.
- Meet with the IT team weekly to ensure continuity between the teams.
- Ability to report out to all teams using clear and concise information.
- Know how to use Hydra and SAP to pull information needed to support all plant Metrics.
Pay: $20,****** - $25,****** per month
