We are looking for a seasoned procurement professional to lead the Procurement Strategy Manager across North America. This role will drive sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management, ensuring cost savings, supply security, and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage an annual spend in MRO.
- Develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with end users.
- Negotiate contracts and deliver savings projects on time.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to improve quality and innovation.
- Provide reports, analytics, and improvement plans to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Construction/Architectural or similar).
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics,



or Business Administration is a plus.
- 10+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, focused on MRO procurement.
- Experience managing US/Canadian suppliers.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation, communication (English & Spanish), and stakeholder management skills.
