We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team.

The Production Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating manufacturing processes within assigned production areas. This role ensures alignment with company objectives in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

The Production Manager drives systematic continuous improvement, leads strategic deployment efforts, and is responsible for delivering operational excellence through effective data utilization, team development, and the execution of process improvement projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Execution: Foster a constant sense of urgency within the team to ensure they meet task deadlines, thereby driving project timelines.

• Team Coordination: Identify and link critical information across functional areas.

Convene and lead the project team through meetings, emails, or calls, as needed. Assign tasks based on team members' skills and experience. Promote collaboration, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles.

• Project Planning : Define the project scope, goals, and objectives. Work with functional department leaders to develop detailed plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables.

• Team Communication and Engagement: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders. Provide relevant updates to various levels of the organization (e.g., executives,



senior management, department heads, managers, team members). Respond promptly to inquiries and adjust project scope and resources as needed, based on feedback.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks early, analyze their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Performance Monitoring: Track and drive progress to ensure the team meets key milestones and deliverables.

Process Control : Develop processes that ensure optimal project execution and adhere to agreed-upon standards that meet client requirements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Direct experience leading project lifecycles from start to finish.

Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholders.

Good communication skills with stakeholders.

Conflict resolution and resource management.

Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations: Valid driver's license.
