Requirements

- Advanced English (required)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage invoice issuance, processing, and follow-up.




- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging and payment performance.
- Prepare financial and accounts receivable reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and monitor customer credit risk.
- Analyze customer payment trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Optimize accounts payable processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee tax compliance, withholding calculations, and related documentation.
