We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join a growing organization and take ownership of its marketing efforts from strategy through execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building marketing initiatives from the ground up, and making a direct impact on business growth.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media and digital channels.
- Design, update, and optimize websites and landing pages.
- Support SEO initiatives and organic traffic growth.
- Create visual assets, videos, and marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Strengthen brand positioning and online presence.
- Implement and manage CRM and marketing automation tools.




- Research market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

? Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

? Experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

? Website management experience (WordPress, Wix, or similar)

? Content creation for digital channels

? Branding and marketing strategy experience

? Strong communication and organizational skills

? Ability to work independently and take initiative

? Professional English communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or a related field.
