This position works out of our CDMX location in the Pharmaceutical Division.

Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
As the Medical Manager you'll be responsible of offer medical insights and direction, informed by the perspective of Medical Affairs, to shape the marketing strategies for Abbott products and provide essential support to a range of crucial areas within the organization, including Marketing, Sales, Training, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Development.
**What You'll Do**:
- Provide comprehensive medical support to various company functions, actively contributing to product strategy development and overseeing the review and approval of promotional materials for products within your purview.




- Deliver scientific and medical guidance to the commercial team, including specialized training for the Sales Force.
- Foster and nurture essential relationships within the medical community, which encompasses medical societies, researchers, opinion leaders, and health authorities.
- Play a pivotal role in the scientific and medical assessment of potential business opportunities.
- Ensure unwavering adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and local health regulations governing clinical research, pharmacovigilance, and promotional materials.
- Spearhead the evaluation and implementation of updates to product prescribing information (PI) for products under your jurisdiction, ensuring alignment with the Company Core Data Sheet (CCDS).
- Enhance the affiliate's involvement in clinical research endeavors, positioning it as a cornerstone within the corporation for products under your purview.
- Champion and oversee the development of Continuous Medical Education programs tailored to the therapeutic area under your responsibility
**Required Qualifications**:
- Medical Degree
- Post graduate studies or master ́s degree in any medical field/specialty is preferred
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Practice.
- A strong grasp and insight into the workings of Medical Affairs operations, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various functional areas, including providing support for Marketing and Sales Force training.
- Proficient in English language communication, both written and oral.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and supervisory skills.
- Willingness and flexibility for travel as required.
- Demonstrates adaptability, unwavering integrity, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
