Position Overview

We are hiring a Bilingual Client Intake to join our team in Guadalajara. This role is idóneo for professionals with strong English communication skills who are confident speaking with clients, guiding conversations, and organizing key information.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand next steps, gathering important details, and scheduling appointments with our legal team.

This is not a back-office role: it requires confidence, clarity in communication, and the ability to handle conversations professionally in English.

Important: This is a fully on-site position in Guadalajara. Remote work is not available.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Speak with potential clients via phone and messages (primarily in English)
- Guide conversations to understand each person’s situation
- Ask clear, structured questions and capture accurate information
- Determine if the case meets basic qualification criteria
- Schedule appointments and confirm details with clients
- Keep records organized and updated in the system
- Follow up with clients to ensure attendance and engagement
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

What We’re Looking For





- Advanced or fluent English (you will be speaking with U.S.-based clients daily)
- Spanish proficiency
- Experience in client communication roles: intake, sales, customer service, or collections
- Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and professional
- Comfortable leading conversations and asking the right questions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems or similar tools
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara

Nice to Have

- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Background in legal intake or appointment coordination
- Experience in sales support or client qualification
