Job is On-Site in Los Cabos

We are looking for a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager/Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems for hospitality and hotel development projects. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, brand standards, local regulations, Mexican codes and international hospitality industry requirements.

The MEP Project Manager works closely with architects, interior designers, operators, consultants, contractors, and hotel brands to deliver high-quality guest experiences while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and operational objectives.

Responsibilities include direct oversight and coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety,



ELV, BMS, and specialty systems throughout design, construction, commissioning, and project closeout phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, hotel brand standards, local regulations, and hospitality industry best practices.
- Manage and monitor the installation and integration of all MEP systems throughout design and construction, coordinating with consultants, contractors, operators, and stakeholders to ensure quality, schedule, budget, and successful project delivery.
