Maintain Efficiency Standards in the operation of each mold (SOP) and take the necessary actions to meet them . Apply continuous improvement in the analysis of Molding/Thermoforming processes, seeking efficiency improvements, scrap reduction, and cost savings. . Design fixtures according to process requirements and needs. Implement engineering deviations or changes when necessary. Coordinate product rework activities. Propose improvements to mold/tooling process es to make them leaner and eliminate waste. Document new parts or components, bills of materials (BOM), and update or register them in the ERP system.- Document process changes and/or updates in procedures and the ERP system. Support the implementation of visual aids according to production and/or quality requirements. Manage, review, and support quality non-conformities related to improperly processed parts.



Maintain constant communication with Production, Quality, Toolroom, and Maintenance departments to ensure a stable and efficient process. Responsible for training technicians on the specific mold process and training personnel on implemented modifications. Fluid English above 85% . 3 to 5 years of experience in plastic molding processes or Plastic Injection Engineering—development, monitoring, and implementation of KPI improvements. . Advanced Experience with CAD software: Auto CAD and Solidworks . Knowledge of ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 . Application and use of manufacturing tools such as KAIZEN, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SMED. Experience and knowledge in creating BOMs. Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
