**Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B Sales**
**Salary**: $18, 000 to $20, 000 MXN per month
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We're looking for a driven **SDR**with outbound sales experience who can confidently engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and build strong relationships through consultative conversations.
**What you'll do**:
- Conduct outbound calls to buyers, sellers, and investors
- Qualify leads and identify business opportunities
- Schedule appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- Follow up consistently and maintain CRM records
- Communicate professionally with U.S.based business owners
**What we're looking for**:
- 2+ years of outbound sales, SDR, or cold calling experience




- Advanced English (C1 preferred)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers
- Results-driven and self-motivated mindset
**Nice to have**:
- B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of business acquisition or investment terminology
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
