Responsible for executing the Inventec Group's finance and accounting policies at the Mexican subsidiary level, overseeing internal controls and governance, financial reporting, tax filing, and month-end close.
Serves as the company's primary liaison with government authorities and leads the Accounting, Treasury, and Tax sub-teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Group finance and accounting policies, accounting standards (NIF/IFRS), and internal control systems to ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements
- Oversee the Month-End Close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across all business entities (IMX/IMP/AME/EBG/PSG)
- Lead preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual), aligned with Group reporting and audit requirements
- Coordinate tax filing matters, including ISR, IVA, IMMEX-related filings, and Safe Harbor calculations, ensuring compliance while optimizing tax structure
- Serve as primary point of contact with government authorities (SAT, AGACE, SE, etc.),



handling audits, formal responses, and compliance matters
- Lead and develop the Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams; establish departmental standards and performance management mechanisms
- Collaborate with external advisors (KPMG, EC Rubio, CRI, etc.) on major tax and legal matters
Baseline Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA credential preferred
- English 80%
- 8+ years of finance management experience in manufacturing/IMMEX operations, with a proven track record of team leadership
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax law (LISR, IMMEX, Anexo 24), NIF, and IFRS standards
