Coordinate the invoicing process, purchase orders, and provide support for budget control.
Participate in departmental improvement projects.
Responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and KPIs.
Provide administrative support to various HR departments.
**Experience and Education**:
University Degree
2 years of experience in human resources
Experience in hourly talent acquisition (desirable)
Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
Proficient in Excel, Google Drive, PowerPoint, and Power BI (desirable)
Proficient in SAP, Concur, and Axos
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
