**Role's Mission**
**Key responsibilities**
- Design assets for social media, campaigns, CRM, landing pages and internal materials.
- Collaborate closely with copy and creative teams to develop consistent visual concepts.
- Ensure visual coherence across all touchpoints following brand guidelines.
- Propose visual improvements that enhance clarity, simplicity and user comprehension.
- Adapt assets to multiple formats without losing brand intention or quality.
- Organize and deliver editable files optimized for each channel.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute visual ideas.
- Stay updated on design trends, digital formats and best practices.
**Requirements / Technical Skills**
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic or digital design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (basic motion is a plus).
- Portfolio demonstrating experience in social media, branding or digital campaigns.
- Understanding of performance design is a plus.
