Maintain order during peak workloads using our high-standard methodology.
**Core Requirements**:
- **Fluent English (C1)**: Mandatory.
Impeccable business communication.
- **High-Pace Background**: Experience in Customer Success, Sales, Tech, or Startups.
- **Problem-Solvers Wanted**: No strict HR degree required.
We value logic and assertiveness over traditional HR backgrounds.
- **AI Savvy**: Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing and screening.
