**Role Overview**
This position manages the complete Airbnb verification deployment process for hotel partners.
Responsibilities include provisioning tablets, coordinating shipping logistics, scheduling verification sessions, guiding hotels through live verification calls, and ensuring devices are returned, reset, and redeployed efficiently.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth activations and a professional partner experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Device Provisioning & Logistics**
- Configure and provision Android tablets for verification
- Install required apps and ensure device readiness
- Ship, track, and receive devices from Hotel Partners
- Reset and redeploy devices; maintain inventory
**Hotel Coordination & Scheduling**
- Coordinate verification timelines with Hotel Partners
- Schedule sessions, send invites, and confirm attendance
- Follow up to avoid delays or no-shows.
**Airbnb Verification Support**
- Lead live video calls with hotel staff during verification




- Guide hotel teams step-by-step through the verification process
- Troubleshoot connectivity, camera, or device issues in real time
- Ensure successful completion of verification requirements
**Process Management & Follow-Up**
- Track verification progress and maintain status updates
- Document outcomes and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure timely device returns and redeployment
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and partners
**Qualifications**
**Required**
- 3+ years of client onboarding experience preferably in hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
- Comfortable leading live video calls and guiding users remotely
- Tech savvy with mobile devices and Wi-fi troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and process driven
- Reliable transportation to ship and retrieve packages
**Preferred**
- Experience with Airbnb or OTA platforms
- Shipping/logistics or device deployment experience
- Remote onboarding or technical support experience
Pay: $50,****** - $70,****** per year
