Monitors the shift activities for skilled trade employees on assigned shifts, including facility and manufacturing equipment.
**Job Requirements**
- Managing the dispersal and distribution of materials for production; maintaining labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule.
- Reviewing the departmental operating procedures, ensuring timely completion of work orders in line with department procedures, removing obstacles, and streamlining operational efficiency.
- Performing audits periodically, maintaining the production activity throughout the particular shift, and enforcing the plant procedures and policies.
- Monitoring the safety initiatives, monthly training, mock drills, and ensuring compliance with the occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) guidelines.
**What your background should look like**




Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
Requires completion of high school.
Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
