As a Sommelier, you will play a important role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a dining experience, complemented by a carefully curated selection of wines.
In this position, you will work closely with our culinary team to elevate each dining experience by providing expert wine pairings, conducting tastings, and sharing your extensive knowledge of wines.
**Main duties & responsibilities**:
- Manage the wine list and inventory, ensuring a diverse and quality selection.
- Provide expert wine recommendations to guests and enhance their dining experience.
- Conduct wine tastings and training sessions for staff.
- Assist in wine-related events and promotions.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop wine pairings for the menu.




- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sommelier in a luxury hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, including mexican and international varieties.
- Wine certification from a recognized institution (WSET, etc).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
