**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Identify and reach decision makers and key stakeholders
- Qualify prospects using clear criteria
- Need timing authority and basic fit
- Book meetings for senior sales representatives
- Protect meeting quality and confirm attendance
- Build pipeline consistently with disciplined daily activity
- Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate notes outcomes and next steps
- Manage follow ups with sequencing and strong organization
- Work with leadership to improve messaging and conversion
**TOOLS AND SOFTWARE YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH**
- CRM systems HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar
- Sales outreach tools and templates
- Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
- Google Sheets or Excel for tracking
- Dialer or VoIP calling tools
- LinkedIn basic navigation and outreach
- Slack or similar team communication tools
