This position starts as a part-time junior role with a modest salary, but is designed for someone who wants to:

We are looking for a Junior Architect (1-3 years of experienceor more)



to support architectural design and visualization tasks on an ongoing part-time basis.
***** hours per week
Based in Quintana Roo, with some flexibility
English and Spanish required (spoken and written; fluency not mandatory)
**Mission**
Produce architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations)
Support design development
Create 3D models and architectural renders
Produce short architectural videos when required
Assist the team with design coordination tasks
Progressively take on more responsibility as the company grows
**Required Skills**:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in architecture
- Strong skills in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- 3D modeling experience (SketchUp preferred)
- Experience in interior design is a plus
- Rendering tools such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar
- Basic experience with architectural video output
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- English and Spanish required
- Availability for ***** hours per week
- Located in Quintana Roo or willing to work locally / remotely within the region
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $5,****** - $7,****** per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Playa del Carmen, QRoo.
