**What You Will Do**:
- Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation, control systems and protocols.
- Works with designs and specifications, devises testing plans, methods and equipment to assure reliability of product.
- Collaborates internally to ensure quality standards are in effect.
- Ensures that projects and process control documents are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contracts.
- Identifies and manages risk in product development (primarily utilizing and driving Production Part Approval Process (PAPP) core elements e.g. PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.
).
- Develops and implements proactive quality strategies.
- Performs Escape management procedures, root cause analysis, and recommends corrective action(s).
- Ensures all requirements are met for work transfer and process change management (e.g. Resourcing Gate and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) acceptance).
- Designs and implements product engineering changes to satisfy quality issues raised
- by customers.
- Supports the development and maintenance of inspection technologies or methodologies to
- assure product conformance.
**Qualificat**ions Y**ou Must Have**:
- Minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
- Engineering Bachelor's degree from appropriate disciplines.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Visa required, travel availability
- Proven expertise in AS**** standards.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace quality frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional analytical,



strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to risk mitigation, performance optimization, and quality innovation.
**Qualifications We Preferred**:
- CORE Champion / Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Knowledge in GD&T; preferred.
- Preferred ASQ CQE, CQA, etc.
