**JOB PURPOSE**:
To provide UX Design for Solar Digital products and services.
The position provides opportunities to expand your user-centric design, research, collaboration and analytics skills as part of the digital design team with support and guidance from senior team members.
**JOB DUTIES**:
The **UX Designer**is a proactive self-starter who is keen on user-centric design, has strong analytical abilities and, more importantly, loves to create alongside other people who are passionate about what they do.
The UX designer knows the power of compelling experiences and use this to enhance the product they are working on, and since the web space is dynamic they are masters at coming up with solutions that are responsive to change in the future.
More than just creating software solution, the UX Designer is a true advocate for the user.
Their creative and problem-solving skills allow them to architect products that deliver value and solve business problems across various platforms.

Experiência y requisitos
**Responsibilities**:
- Work collaboratively with our UX Designers, UI Designers, Front-End Engineers, and Product
- Ability to run brainstorming and concepting sessions that lead to exceptional user experiences
- Express ideas or conveys concepts to the teams
- Ability to come up with a UX patterns that travel across all platforms
- Ability to evaluate design solutions through user testing
**Basic Qualifications**:
- BA/BS degree with an emphasis in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors or related areas of study; or work experience of 2 - 3 years in a UX design-related position
- 2+ years of experience working in digital design
- Well-crafted online portfolio
- Talented at crafting UX assets such as sitemaps, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Advanced knowledge of current design tools
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS
- A/B testing
- Software Development Life Cycle
