Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop a team of recruiters supporting cross-functional hiring.
- Drive an inclusive and strategic talent acquisition plan in partnership with leadership.
- Provide actionable reporting and metrics to business leaders.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and promote the employer brand.
- Negotiate and support compensation packages
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 5+ years of U.S. hiring and 2+ years in healthcare recruitment.
- Proven ability to lead and coach recruiting teams.
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and creative sourcing strategies.
- Shared services experience is a plus.
Location: Tecnoparke Azcapotzalco (100% On-site, Office hours)
