- 3-5 Years experience as a CNC Supervisor Revision and Update of area results and all metrics (Tier 1).
- Meeting and revision with area employees to share plan and results (Tier 1).
- Review Dispatch report to align work orders/priorities.
- Active participation on Morning Market meeting, GEMBA Walks, KAMISHIBAI, etc.
- Analysis of Work Center's defects reported (NMDs & Scrap).
- Review and request necessary equipment, tools and chemical.
- Support to employee needs (Trainings, Certification Stamps, Labor Cards, EPP, Equipment, tools).
- Attend customer work orders revision meeting.
(Production meeting).
- End of Shift report/GEMBA walk.
- Revision of employee attendance/pre-payroll setup - Revision and modifications of labor cards of WC employees.
- Perform and active participation in Kamishibai audit - Generate NMD's for discrepant material - Respond NMD's assigned to the area.
- Support to material disposition to Engineering/inspection and others WC.
- Stamp requisition for new employees/lost/damage.
- Review and validate OJT information for new employees training.
- Support decision how to perform work center's job operations.
- Problem solve and make decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and efficiency of setups.
- Perform the machining operations,



watch for problems in the production process, and check the accuracy of the finished piece against drawings using calibrated measuring tools.
- Stay current on machining technology by learning new techniques and learn how to operate new machines.
- Safely run and maintain machines as needed.
- Inspect for quality in all aspects of different jobs.
- Help machine operators with problem solving, adjustments, and setups.

Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree on Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related areas required.
5 years in similar position related experience on people leadership role.
English proficient (80% written and oral skills) Knowledge in CNC Machining area...
