**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of professional experience.
This role is key in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with timely reporting.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (AP, AR, bank, and credit card).
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries, financial records, process invoices, and payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and generate financial reports for management.
- Collaborate with accountants or auditors when needed.
- Ensure compliance with local US accounting standards and internal policies.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**




- 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Monthly Salary of $20,000 to $25,000 gross
- Christmas Bonus of 30 days (aguinaldo)
