**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality
- Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes
- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

- Finance Sector / Operations Area Experience (preferred)
- Principal tech stack knowledge (More than 6 years of experience)
- Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE
- Architectural design and Hands-on experience in Webservices, APIs and Microservices
- TIBCO BW, Connect Direct, SOA secure transfer.
- Mainframe COBOL
- Database skills - Oracle, SQL Server, Mongo, DB2
- Big Data: Cloudera (including Hadoop, HUE, Impala, Oozie, etc.)
- Knowing of design patterns.

- Knowledge of programming in dockers/containers and python will be an added advantage
- English fluently (More than 5 years of experience)
- Strong communication/influencing skills,
- Demonstrated organization and leadership skills,
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking,
- Execution oriented with strong attention to detail,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Spanish and English required,
- Demonstrated ability to work independently yet interact effectively, with different levels of management,
- Handling complex/multidisciplinary teams (More than 7 - 15 people)
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (PMI preferred) and Agile Frameworks
