As a Demand Planner I here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal demand management.
Your responsibilities include collaborating with a team of demand planners, providing guidance in all aspects of demand planning activities, and connecting with cross-functional teams to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights.
In this role, you will impact the accuracy of demand forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and ensure seamless alignment between demand plans and supply chain operations.
Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring demand patterns, adjusting forecasts to meet customer demands, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to support accurate demand forecasting
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information and provide support in demand planning activities
- Assist in monitoring and adjusting demand patterns to meet customer demands and optimize inventory levels
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall efficiency in demand planning
- Support the Demand Planning Manager in presenting demand forecasts to leadership
YOU MUST HAVE
- 0+ years of planning,



materials, sourcing, or other related supply chain experience
- Experience managing complex data analysis
- Strong knowledge of demand planning principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with demand planning software and systems.
- Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering
- Experience with SAP ERP systems
- Experience with a Demand Planning tool (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro)
- APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate
- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers
