CALIBRATION SUPERVISOR
Tu Rol:
Como _Calibration Supervisor_, liderarás la gestión integral del programa de calibración de los instrumentos de medición de la planta, asegurando cumplimiento con las normativas de calidad nacionales e internacionales, estándares GMP y políticas internas.
Coordinarás al equipo técnico a tu cargo para ejecutar el programa mensual y anual de calibración, gestionando todo el ciclo de vida de instrumentos a través de SAP PM, incluyendo altas, bajas, cambios, rutinas y cierres de órdenes.
Tendrás una robusto interacción con diversas áreas de la planta brindando soporte técnico, colaborando en la gestión de cambios,



acciones correctivas y cumplimiento normativo en el sistema de calidad.
Participarás en iniciativas de mejora continua, eficiencia operativa y en programas de seguridad, considerando el trabajo con equipos sujetos a presión, energía y riesgos operativos.
Esta posición requiere dominio técnico en metrología, capacidad de liderazgo y habilidades de comunicación en inglés para participar en reuniones globales.
Se requiere un mínimo de 5 años de experiência en funciones similares dentro del entorno farmacéutico o regulado.
Quién Eres:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Automatización y Control, Mecánica o carrera afín
- Experiência en calibración, metrología e instrumentación dentro de industria farmacéutica
- Conocimiento de GMP, sistemas de calidad, gestión de cambios y acciones correctivas
- Manejo de SAP PM u otro sistema CMMS (Maximo, Datastream, etc.)
- Conocimiento de normativas STPS para equipos con riesgos: espacios confinados, altura, presión
- Habilidad para gestionar personal técnico, delegar funciones y resolver conflictos
- Inglés conversacional intermedio (interacción con equipos globales)
- Deseable certificación Yellow Belt o formación en mejora continua
