ISP ElementarySchool English Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Deliver Instruction
Design and implement engaging, rigorous English lessons aligned with the curriculum standards (e.g., Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Statistics).
- Differentiate Instruction
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs, learning styles, and ability levels of students.
- Assess and Track Student Progress
Develop, administer, and grade assessments; provide timely, constructive feedback; and maintain accurate academic records.
- Foster Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Create a Positive Learning Environment
Establish a classroom culture that promotes respect, collaboration,



curiosity, and academic integrity.
- Integrate Technology
Use digital tools and platforms to enhance instruction, support learning, and facilitate communication with students and parents.

Work with other faculty members to align curriculum, share best practices, and support interdisciplinary projects or school initiatives.

Maintain open, professional communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, classroom expectations, and school events.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
**Skills**:Classroom management - Skilled in maintaining a respectful, focused, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English Education, or a related field (required).
**Experience**:
2-5 years of experience teaching Englishematics at the ElementarySchool level.
