What You'll Do
As a Recovery Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of our client relationships, masterfully balancing customer service with results.
You'll:
- Develop creative solutions for past-due accounts through strategic negotiation
- Create tailored payment arrangements that work for both clients and company




- Drive results through focused outbound calling and relationship building
- Navigate multiple software systems while maintaining engaging customer conversations
- Champion compliance while exceeding performance goals
What You Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in collections, sales, or customer service
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of FDCPA and collection regulations
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- A winning attitude and natural drive for success
