Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers.What You'll Do:Talent Representation:Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.Brand Partnerships:Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.Relationship Building:Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.Strategic Growth:Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement,



and drive revenue growth.Autonomous & Flexible Work:Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success.You'll Thrive if You:✅ Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.
✅ Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
✅ Excel at relationship-building and possess strong negotiation skills.
✅ Are proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
✅ Combine hustle and patience—able to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships.
