**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, deploy, and manage MDM solutions for mobile devices, including iOS, and Android platforms.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement MDM strategies and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize MDM infrastructure, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for mobile devices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for MDM configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of MDM environments to identify and address potential issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on MDM technologies and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or related experience.




- 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing MDM solutions.
- Expertise in MDM technologies such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and VMware Workspace ONE
- Strong knowledge of mobile device management, endpoint security, and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (must)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, JAMF Certified Technician) are a plus
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks
- Knowledge of cloud services and backend technologies
- Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
