You'll work with our proprietary methodology, Innovation EngineTM taking projects from opportunity to strategy, and from strategy to real, impactful solutions for leading corporate brands in Mexico.This is a unique role where business meets creativity, and where innovation is built, not just imagined.Transform identified business opportunities into innovative and feasible strategies.Design marketing and technology-based solutions that address client challenges in fresh and creative ways.Facilitate strategic conversations with clients and translate their needs into clear action plans.Lead multidisciplinary teams through ideation, co-creation, and execution phases.Manage key relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and deliver high-level strategic proposals and presentations in both English and Spanish.Bring fresh perspectives, provoke new ideas,



and contribute to building a culture of creative innovation.4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, innovation, or business design roles (agency, consultancy, or innovation-focused companies).
Hands-on experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile).
