## Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an **Associate Production Supervisor** located in Guadalajara, South Campus.
**Reporting to Operations Manager, **Associate Production Supervisor** this role involves* *overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
***What a typical day looks like:*** *Manages the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and in charge of the line's success.
** *Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency and quality.
** *Guide a team of professionals (e.G. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and acknowledge requirements.
** *Troubleshoot and explore operational problems and advise on their resolution.
Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability.




** *Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
** *Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.
** *May act as principal interface between the operations team and the maintenance function.
** *Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.
** *Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.
** *Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
** *Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.
** *Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
** *Ensures compliance with standards.
***The experience we're looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
* Experience as Production Supervisor.
* Strong experience as leader.
* Intermediate English is a plus.
* Adaptable working hours availability* Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
* Knowledge in specifications and standards related to electronics* Experience in the use of Floor shop systems.
* Knowledge in assembly processes (End to End).
* Experience in BAAN system (SAP).
