As a NPI Supervisor at Molex Guadalajara Sur, Zacoalco, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of new projects and new product launches within our plant.
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented team, manage innovative projects, and collaborate with integral teams to deliver exceptional results.
Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting projects and specifications from scratch and ensuring the sustainability of ongoing operations.
Our Team
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to launching and managing new projects and products, sustaining operations, and driving continuous improvement.
The team consists of five skilled professionals, including three engineers and two technicians, all committed to achieving shared goals and maintaining operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the successful implementation and launch of new products within the plant.
- Supervise and guide a team of five professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Manage the quoting of projects and specifications from the ground up, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize Project Management (PM) and Agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Oversee sustaining operations to maintain and enhance ongoing productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with international teams, requiring travel 2-3 times a year to Lincoln (USA) or China.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in project management, Agile practices, and product launches.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Valid passport and visa, with availability for international travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in quoting projects and specifications from scratch.
- Experience in sustaining operations within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
