**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Supervise compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and the Federal Labor Law, as well as to carry out the Human Resources processes.
**EDUCATION**:




- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience in Labor Relations and conflict resolution.
- Massive direct and indirect personnel hiring processes.
- Management of HR Key indicator (turnover, absenteeism, training, etc.).
- Attention to personnel & Labor relations.
- Administration of internal HR movements (transfer, vacancies, etc.).
- Supervision of compliance with internal work regulations.
- Participation in Human Resources projects.
