Position Summary: The Receptionist will operate the multiline phone system and demonstrate our core values when assisting customers, visitors, and employees.
The Receptionist takes pride in their work and can develop a deep and meaningful rapport with our clients.
**Essential duties**:
- Greet customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Operate multiline phone system to answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate individuals, and take messages when necessary.
- Ability to use multiple systems and/or websites simultaneously by utilizing multiple screens, tabs, and keyboard shortcuts.
- Ability to actively listen, create relationships and build rapport with customers.
**Requirements**:




- Positive attitude and very strong work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is required to perform the essential duties of the position.
