We are looking for a dynamic, organized self‐starter to join our Human Resources department as a Senior HRBP.Key Job ResponsibilitiesStrategic and hands‐on role providing full‐cycle Human Resources support to Amazon Fulfillment Centers.Execute people initiatives, provide internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and HR development.Monitor the 'pulse' of employees to ensure high engagement.Adapt to rapid and complex changing work environments.Coach and mentor management level employees.Create and drive effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs.Act as an enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and high drive.Handle high‐volume workloads and be willing to 'roll up your sleeves'.
Take a strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in a high‐deliverable environment, identifying problems and driving appropriate solutions.Maintain strong internal and external customer‐service focus.Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with results orientation.Bias for action, strong work ethic,

We value work‐life balance, versátil working hours, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.Basic QualificationsKnowledge of local labor law.Experience as a human resource generalist.Knowledge of human resource theory, functions, and practice, including performance appraisal systems and staff development.Experience supporting hourly employee client group.Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
