Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, immigration forms, official documents, and client communications.Provide linguistic support by translating emails, letters, and written correspondence.Collaborate with attorneys to ensure legal terminology is translated accurately.Research legal terminology and concepts when necessary.Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive legal information.Proofread and review translations to ensure quality and consistency.Support communication between English and Spanish speaking clients and legal professionals.Must-Have QualificationsFully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Previous experience as a Translator, preferably in a legal or immigration environment.Strong understanding of legal terminology.Excellent grammar, spelling, syntax,



and writing skills in both languages.Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.High attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Nice-to-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Law, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
