Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the followingManaging commercial businessopportunities from qualification through to a contract award in accordance with applicable normsManage Salesteam and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and deliveryRisk analysis and management throughout the bid processPreparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid/offer, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customerContributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentationSupervision over customer documentation in the offer phaseSupervision over customer deadlines with maintaining internal KPIs and internal reportingPlans and manage the Bid budgetUnderstand and resolve technical, business and strategic issuesP&L; preparationComply with the environmental, safety and health requirements set out in the legislation and regulations related to our activities and products, as well as those MASS requirements established by the community, our clients and others to which we are subscribed.Education and ExperienceHigher education / Technical Economical directionalProven capability in winning complex opportunitiesConversant with competitive marketplaceExperience in bids, sales and ideally project management(preferable)Leadership and management experienceIdeally Electrical and mechanical knowledge in the transportation industry preferable in Rolling StockSkill / KnowledgeShowing proficiency in Microsoft Word,
